World Food, the Ultimate Food Fight!
World Food Competitions are quickly growing in size and the number of locations, held all over the world. Over 800+ teams competed for over $450,000 in prize money and bragging rights to the best in the culinary arts.
After a lengthy training course, judges can find competitions all over the USA. Pictured below are my recent events held in conjunction with the SmokeSlam Competition in Memphis, Tennessee. With a base of 8 food categories judges usually choose just 4 per day. By the time you get through the desert category, you're toast for judging any more.
